SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
SBI Junior Associates 2026 के लिए candidate के पास किसी recognised University से Graduation in any discipline या Central Government द्वारा recognised equivalent qualification होनी चाहिए।
Final year/semester में पढ़ रहे candidates भी provisional basis पर apply कर सकते हैं। हालांकि selection होने की स्थिति में उन्हें 31 December 2026 तक graduation pass होने का proof देना होगा।
Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) वाले candidates के लिए भी IDD passing date 31 December 2026 या उससे पहले होनी चाहिए।

SBI Clerk Local Language Requirement
SBI Clerk 2026 में local language का requirement काफी important है।
जिस State/UT के लिए candidate apply करेगा, उसे उस State/UT की specified local language को read, write, speak और understand करना आना चाहिए।
यदि candidate ने 10th या 12th में उस specified local language को पढ़ा है और इसका proof marksheet/certificate में मौजूद है, तो उसे अलग से Local Language Proficiency Test नहीं देना होगा।
अगर candidate ने 10th/12th में उस language को नहीं पढ़ा है, तो Main Examination में qualify करने के बाद और joining से पहले Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) देना होगा। इस test में fail होने पर appointment नहीं दी जाएगी।

SBI Clerk Selection Process 2026
SBI Junior Associates recruitment में selection तीन phases में होगा:

Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
Prelims online mode में होगा और कुल 100 marks का होगा। Exam की duration 1 hour होगी।

Main Examination में भी wrong answers के लिए 1/4 mark negative marking होगी। Individual subject के लिए अलग minimum qualifying marks निर्धारित नहीं हैं, जबकि aggregate qualifying marks Bank द्वारा तय किए जाएंगे। SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/XS/DXS candidates को aggregate qualifying marks में 5% relaxation दिया जाएगा।
Final Merit List
SBI Clerk 2026 की final merit के लिए Preliminary Examination के marks add नहीं किए जाएंगे। Final merit list के लिए Main Examination के aggregate marks को consider किया जाएगा।
Merit list State-wise और Category-wise तैयार होगी।

Graduates के लिए दो advance increments के कारण starting Basic Pay ₹26,730 होगी।
SBI notification के अनुसार Mumbai जैसे Metro location में newly recruited graduate Junior Associate की starting total emoluments लगभग ₹46,000 per month बताई गई हैं। Actual allowances posting location के अनुसार अलग हो सकते हैं।
इसके अलावा employees को applicable rules के अनुसार provident fund, New Pension Scheme, medical, leave-fare और अन्य facilities/perquisites भी मिलेंगे।
SBI Clerk Probation Period
Selected Junior Associates को minimum 6 months probation पर रखा जाएगा।
Probation के दौरान Bank द्वारा prescribed e-lessons complete करने होंगे। अगर required e-lessons complete नहीं होते हैं तो probation period आगे extend किया जा सकता है। Performance भी probation समाप्त होने से पहले evaluate की जाएगी।
