📚 Educational Qualification & Experience
🔸 Grade A (General Stream)
- Graduation (Commerce/Economics/Maths/Stats/Engg) with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)
OR - MBA/PGDM (2 years) / CA / CMA / CS / CFA
- Experience: 2 years in credit/MSME/corporate lending (mandatory for some qualifications)
🔸 Grade B – General
- Graduation with 60% OR PG with 55% (Relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banks, NBFCs, or FIs
🔸 Grade B – Legal
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 50%
- Experience: 5 years as law officer in banks, FIs, CPSEs or law firms
🔸 Grade B – IT
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in relevant IT stream with 60%
- Experience: 5 years in IT roles like AI/ML, Development, Cybersecurity, Infra
- Certifications in AI/ML, CISSP, ITIL preferred
