- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech or equivalent) in the relevant discipline with ≥ 65% marks (or CGPA ≥ 6.84/10)
- GATE Score in the respective paper:
- Electronics & Communication (EC) for BE001
- Mechanical (ME) for BE002
- Computer Science & IT (CS) for BE003
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 19 May 2025 (Relaxation as per Government of India rules for Ex-servicemen, PwBD, serving central/state government employees, etc.)
